Trickster Company uses the United States Postal Service and UPS. Once we deliver your order to the shipper, it is out of our hands and in the hands of the shipper. To track your order, please use the tracking number that was emailed to you and go to the shipper’s website. If you have any questions on the delivery of your order (lost, missing or late, etc.), please contact the shipper. We suggest that you take the tracking number to your local post office because we have found, in most cases, that the local postal workers have "boots on the ground" knowledge to help the people that they deliver to.
We wish that we could do more but sadly we do not have anymore information than you do with the tracking number. Most of the time, customers receive the order and all is good in the end. We stay ever hopeful that every order will reach its destination and bring you joy and satisfaction.
