Tracking Your Order:
Trickster Company uses the United States Postal Service and UPS. Once we deliver your order to the shipper, it is out of our hands and in the hands of the shipper. To track your order, please use the tracking number that was emailed to you and go to the shipper’s website. We highly suggest that you get tracking notifications from the shipper by signing up for text or emails at the shipper website.
If you have any questions on the delivery of your order (lost, missing or late, etc.), please contact the shipper. We suggest that you take the tracking number to your local post office because we have found, in most cases, that the local postal workers have "boots on the ground" knowledge to help the people that they deliver to.
We wish that we could do more but sadly we do not have anymore information than you do with the tracking number. Most of the time, customers receive the order and all is good in the end. We stay ever hopeful that every order will reach its destination and bring you joy and satisfaction.
We understand how our customers feel about shipping charges. As a small business based in Alaska, we have the higher expense of getting our inventory and supplies to Alaska from the “lower 48.” Due to economies of scale, we do not have the lower shipping rates of mega businesses such as Amazon to offer our customers.
We do our best to help our customers with realistic shipping charges. The shipping charge also includes a handling fee to account for the other expenses of shipping that include packaging, etc. The actual shipping rates are based on weight, dimensions, and distance. Heavier items and/or bigger sizes (such as larger prints or skateboards) traveling a long distance are more expensive to ship. We promise, we will do our best to minimize shipping expenses.
